We all love great customer service and companies owning up to their mistakes and acknowledging issues, don’t we? We’re all too quick to point out when this is not the case and so I’m posting this.

Last night while trying to access Netflix Watch-Now on my XBox 360, I kept getting timed out. Initially I thought it was something on my network but I received this email from Netflix today apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a link to apply a small credit my account. Big kudos!

This app is quickly becoming one of my favorites for a few reasons: I can read news and also tune in to NPR stations and listen to podcasts (such as Car Talk). Worth a download and it’s free!

Dexter is one of my favorite shows. I always feel like I can’t get enough of this show and waiting for a new season seems like an eternity. That wait is coming to an end as Season 4 is set to premiere on Sunday, September 27th on Showtime.

CrunchGear has posted a hands-on video of the Zune HD and it is looking mighty awesome! Me wants!

Yesterday, BGR reported on inside info about an upcoming update to iTunes which would include support for Blu-Ray and virtual iPhone apps management. Here is a concept video by svdomer09 of how the latter would possibly work and all I have to say is that if true, this would be awesome!
